Privacy Policy

Encore is a private, non-commercial service run for a small, invited group of family and friends. Accounts are created only by an administrator.
Data we store
- Account data: username, password hash, second-factor settings, registered devices.
- Usage data: listening history, likes, ratings, playlists and settings, used to run the service and personalise recommendations.
Google / YouTube data
If you choose to link a YouTube Music account, the service requests read-only access to your YouTube account. It reads your playlists, liked songs and listening history only to import them into your library inside this service.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted on our own server.
- Your Google data is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
- You can unlink your account in the app at any time and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Imported data is then removed from your profile on request.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where data lives
All data is stored on servers operated by the administrator in Austria. No analytics or tracking services are used.
Your rights
You can ask the administrator who invited you to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
